Terms of Service

1. Who we are
BBI System ("BBI System", "we", "us", "our") is operated by BBI COMPANY SERVICE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BBI System platform and any services ordered through it (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account showing signs of compromise, fraudulent activity, or abuse.
One person or company may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
4. Balance and payments
BBI System operates on a prepaid balance. You add funds to your account and orders are deducted from that balance at the time they are placed.
Funds added to your balance are not refundable to a bank account, card, or wallet. Your balance may be used to place orders on the platform and has no cash value outside it. Refunds arising from partial or cancelled orders are credited back to your balance, not returned as cash.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you in your own jurisdiction. Prices are stated in US dollars.
5. Prices and changes
Prices are displayed per 1,000 units for each service. We may change prices at any time. Any change applies only to orders placed after the change; orders already placed are charged at the price shown at the time of the order.
We may add, modify, or discontinue services. Where a service is discontinued, orders already in progress are completed or refunded to your balance.
6. Placing an order
When placing an order you must provide a valid, correctly formatted link and observe the minimum and maximum quantities shown for that service. You are responsible for the accuracy of every link you submit.
While an order is being delivered, you must:
- Keep the profile public. Private profiles cannot receive delivery.
- Not change the username or handle of the target profile.
- Not delete, archive, or restrict the target post.
- Not place a second order for the same service on the same link until the first has completed.
Orders that fail because of an incorrect link, a private profile, a changed username, a deleted post, or overlapping orders on the same link are not eligible for refund or refill. The order is charged as placed.
7. Delivery
Delivery times shown on the platform are estimates, not guarantees. Actual speed depends on service type, quantity, and conditions on the target platform at the time of delivery.
An order may be marked Queued before delivery begins. This is normal and does not indicate a fault.
8. Refill
Some services include a refill guarantee, shown next to each service in the catalogue. Where a refill applies and delivered units decrease within the stated window, we top the order back up at no additional cost.
- Lifetime: covered for as long as your account remains active with us.
- 365 days: covered for 365 days from the date the order completed.
- No refill: delivered once; decreases are not covered.
Refill requests must be submitted through support using the order ID. Refill does not apply to orders affected by any of the circumstances listed in section 6, nor to orders where the target profile or post was modified after delivery.
9. Partial and cancelled orders
If an order is only partially delivered, the value of the undelivered portion is credited back to your balance and the order is marked Partial. If an order cannot be started at all, the full amount is credited back to your balance.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to target any account, post, or content that:
- Does not belong to you, or which you are not authorized to promote.
- Contains or promotes illegal activity, sexual content involving minors, violence, harassment, or hate speech.
- Is used to impersonate, defraud, or mislead others.
- Belongs to a competitor or third party with the intent to cause harm.
We may refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at our discretion, and may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.
11. Third-party platform policies
The social platforms you use have their own terms of service, and those terms may restrict or prohibit the use of third-party growth services. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the policies of any platform on which you use our Services, and you use the Services at your own risk.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any other social platform. We have no control over their policies, algorithms, or enforcement decisions, and we are not responsible for any action a platform may take against an account, including limitation, restriction, suspension, or removal.
12. No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any particular business, commercial, or engagement outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBI COMPANY SERVICE LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBI COMPANY SERVICE LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right or platform policy.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where activity is fraudulent or abusive, or where required by law. On termination for breach, remaining balance may be forfeited; on termination for any other reason, remaining balance may be applied to pending orders.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by its effective date. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and BBI COMPANY SERVICE LLC agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
